Why google chrome doesn´t appear to all users ?

HI

I have installed google chrome with an adminstrator user in a server 2003 x64, but this application is not available for the rest of users, why?

"As an administrator, you can use the alternate installer to install Google Chrome for all user accounts on a Windows computer (whereas the installer available at http://www.google.com/chrome only installs for the user account that you're logged into.) By doing so, you'll replace all other versions of Chrome that may already be installed on your computer for other user accounts."
