Blackberry Errors/Will Not Connect with Server

3 out of 14 Blackberry users show "failed to start" in the BB Admin Service. BB not communicating with server. Tried to re-activate a BB but it will not communicate with the server. Various Event Errors/Warnings:
ID20406 BB Controller 'BESSERVER1' agent 1: will not restart - reached the maximum of 10 restarts per 24 hours, next restart on Thu Sep 29 17:23:13 2011
ID10277 BlackBerry Messaging Agent BESSERVER1 Agent 1 failed to start. Error code 5305
ID20137 MailboxManager::SubsystemInitialize - OpenMsgStore (0x8004011d) MailboxManager::TestOpenMsgStore - OpenMsgStore (0x8004011d)
Recently migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.
Have recreated the MAPI per KB10285. Verified log on account as Besadmin with Send As rights and appropriate permissions. Reregistered cdo.dll.
Currently on Windows Server 2003; Blackberry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange 5.0.3 MR2 (Bundle 53)
