Hi roadnrail,

Take a look at this article that I've written. Follow all the steps and see if it cures your problem.

http://www.experts-exchange.com/Hardware/Handhelds_-_PDAs/Blackberry/A_6369-Installing-BES-5-in-an-Exchange-2010-environment.html

If you don't get anywhere, run an IEMSTest.exe against one of the affected users and post the results here.

Regards,

Mike

Hi,
@  check the 3 users, properties. Is the Encryption key expired or not? in the Event Log search for the event id -- 20209 which is for Encryption Key Expired.

@ Generate Encryption Key---    http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB02740

@ is there is any IT policy error ? if it is Re-Send the IT policy.

The Blackberry Messaging Agent Error 5305 there are lot of reasons, please check for this kb for resolution:

http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB01018

http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB04646

Is the IPV6 enabled on the Windows Server 2003? the BES doesnot support IPV6 enabled.

Disable IPv6 on Windows Server® 2003:

1.Go to Network Connections > Local Area Connection, and then click Properties. The Local Area Connection Properties window appears.
2.On the General tab, remove Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6).
3.Restart the computer when prompted to do so.

Check the above docs for the resolution........
Reboot the server also....
