Formula help

Hello,

Can someone please help me with the following?

I am after a formula that counts the number of ticks and then works out a rating.

On the attached I have ticks in columns A through to E in column F I would like to add the number of ticks and then put a number according to the ratings range below,

How would I do this?

Here is one for row 3

=IF(COUNTIF(A2:E2,"P")=5,1,IF(COUNTIF(A2:E2,"P")=4,2,IF(COUNTIF(A2:E2,"P")=3,3,IF(COUNTIF(A2:E2,"P")=2,4,5))))
