alignment problem on submit in asp.net

Please see the difference between following 2 images.
These are the screenshots of my webpage. (designed in asp.net)
As shown in the images, after clicking the Send button on the webpage changes the alignment completely. Everything gets shifted towards left.

I have used a .css file for sytling.

Could someone please suggest something?

Hi jagadishdulal ,

Thanks for your response.
I changed margin: auto to margin: 0 auto; but it still didn't fix the alignment problem.

Finally I found a solution and a cause as well.
The reason it was happening was..I used Response.Write instead of Page.ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript to flash alert messages using javascript which for some reason changed the alignment of the controls on my web page.
After I made this particular change. everything is working fine.
