Alternative to Real VNC

Real VNC is no longer free....for Windows 7 users.  I am in need of a free tool that will enable remote access where my users can see what I am doing.....so basically i need something just like VNC.  

Does anyone know of anything?

i would recommend join.me as well. it gives you much simple sharing options along with tele conference for free. Loving it.
