pdf convert to Kindle DX

Hi Experts,
When I put pdf file on Kindle Dx then it doesnot display table contents and also can not jump on custom page. so I would like to convert pdf to Kindle Dx format.

I tried with software, calibre http://calibre-ebook.com/  but it mess up the file content.

is there any way to convert pdf on Kindle format and also where can i find free .NET programming books for Kindle.
