If you have an Outlook Client Connected to the Calendar
Open Outlook
Open your Calendar
Change the View to List View
Select the Duplicate appointments and delete

If there are a great deal of duplicates, you will need to 3rd party Tool to remove them

If you dont not use Outlook as an email client and access your Google Calendar via the Web
Your really out of luck
You will need to Manually remove them
