I have two 3550 switches.
I used gi0/1 and gi0/2 as trunking ports.
On both switches i configured the same vtp domain , one is server , the other client , vtp version 2 .
Then on both sides i did switchport trunk vlan allow all

but when i create a vln on server it doesnt replicate to the client.
When i do vtp counters i dont see any activity

Any ideas ?

What does "show vtp status" say on the two switches?
Which VTP version are you using, what's the VLAN IDs you create?
