Group membership caching server 2008 ent x32 domain

Hi
On my site I have about 3 DCs (all global catalogs) and site2 has 2 DCs (all global catalogs).  Should I enable 'Group membership caching on all DCs on all sites?

The setting would take no effect if enabled since all your DC's are already GC's.
