BES Synchronisation

Hi

I have installes BES Express with Exchange 2007 std. My emails are synchronizing well but the problem I have is that my calendar is synchronizing in only one way. I mean from Exchange to Blackberry but not from Blackberry to Exchange. If I enter appointements to my Blackberry calendar it is not going to my Outlook.

Is there a way to have both way synchro?

Thanks

On BES
@ Verify that all BlackBerry services are running (including MDS service) under BlackBerry Service Account or not.
@ Check whether the BlackBerry service account is having proper permissons or not. ( Exchange View-Only Admin and Send As, Receive As and Administer Information Store).
@  Check the CDO.dll of the Exchange server  and BES  which should be same and it has to be registered.

From BlackBerry Device:
@ Backup the data on the BlackBerry smartphone using the Backup and Restore tool in BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
@ On the BlackBerry smartphone, open the Calendar application.
@ Click the Menu button and click Options.
@ Set the Wireless Synchronization option to No.
@ Click the Menu button and click Save.
@ Set the Wireless Synchronization option to Yes.
@ Click the Menu button and click Save. Turning wireless calendar synchronization on and off will reset the calendar database on the BlackBerry smartphone.
@ Create a calendar entry in Microsoft Outlook and verify that the entry wirelessly synchronizes to the BlackBerry smartphone.

Using BlackBerry Desktop Manger:
Connect the Device and click on Sync All or Sync by Type-> Organizer.
You have to select Microsoft Outlook and have to select Two Way Synchronization.

ASKER

OK

It is worlking in one way. From Outlook to the Blackberry it is ok. From the Balckberry to the Outlook not working.

Have you checked, the above settings on the server or not? or simply disable the user and delete and re-add again.
I did checked all the settings on Exchange and reconnect on the Blackberry. Do you mean delete and readd in BES Express?
I removed the Blackberry account from the BES and recreate it. Reactivate from the device and the problem is still the same.

OK

I revised all the settings you ask me. Reset the users and reconfig. Is there a place in Exchange that I have to check?
