Lotus Foundation Start Rejecting Email login

How can I sync the username/password from the system to the Domino Web Access 8.0.1 so the user can get email?

Lotus Foundations Start rejects new users login to email, although they can login to the server. When trying to access their webmail, new accounts receive this message.
You provided an invalid username or password.

I can access it fine, but have been a user for a long time.

Perhaps I need to repair the domino database?

You can acheive this requirement in this manner.
Step:1
Configure the Notes client to use the operating system login
This option is only available if the Lotus Notes Single Logon service was installed when the Notes client was installed. It allows the Notes client to start without asking the user for his Lotus Notes password.
Step-2
Once this is done Configure a Security Setting for Password Management-->Password Management Basics-->Password Management Options-->Update Internet Password When Notes Client Password Changes

This is a modified Lotus Notes, on the IBM Lotus Foundations Server, and is not modifiable in that way.
