I have a Windows, Coldfusion Server and would like the members on a web site to be able to upload videos and my server converts them like you would see on YouTube or other video sites. If they can be converted to also play on an iPhone and iPad that would be even better. My sites are designed in Coldfusion. I would like my system to do this automatically.  Can anyone tell me how to do this or where I need to go to get started with this?
