Active Directory 2008, determine existing delegations

Environ: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Domain.  We delegated an employee some rights in AD.  Now, we need to see what delegations exist.  How do I see this?  How do I determine what delegations exist?

I'd expect the tool to work just fine w/2008 server.  Have you tested it?
