one other favor.....is it possible to get that last signature line to be on the same page with the previous signature line so they can all sign on the same sheet instead of having to waste paper just for that last line????<br />

Just remove a few empty rows in the table, so it shrinks. Turn on paragraph marks on the Home ribbon, then you can see which paragraph marks can be deleted.<br />
