How to Populate a Text field with the value of a pick list onChange CRM 2011

I need to populate the "Subject" field on the Phone Call record with the value of an Option Set (PickList) named new_callSubject.

What onChange code do I need to place in the picklist field to populate the Subject field?

Hi pcgym,

You will write the following code
Xrm.Page.getAttribute("subject").setValue(Xrm.Page.getAttribute("new_callsubject").getSelectedOption().text);
