FAX client not working SBS2008

installed new user and i cannot seem to get the Fax Client istalled correctly when the Microsoft scan and Fax client comes up with:

To send faxes using the printer that you selected, you must first create a fax account. Windows will send this fax using your default fax account instead. For more information, search for 'set up your computer to send and receive faxes' in Help and Support.

On the server when i go to FAX server manager i see the user, what am i missing?

this appears to be one of those issues where there can be multiple causes and no definitive fix.  Rather than my posting multiple links for you to try, I suggest you search the internet for:

"To send faxes using the printer that you selected, you must first create a fax account."

this should give you several hits.  the problem with trying to give you a one size fits all answer is there are two many if this, then that, whereas you will recognize your conditions immediately
