hi Experts,
I have installed RS on the SQL 2005 (SP3) with server 2008 32 bit without problems. However when i try to access it from START>Microsoft SQL Server 2005>Configuration Tools,>Reporting Services Configuration,  and enter the server name, etc I get the following error.
Please help

thanks
Pritam

A WMI error has occurred and no additional error information is available

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Hi

A quick scan around the net suggests an update to SQL 2005 SP4 should resolve this issue.

perfect! I didnt had to upgrade to SP4. Upgraded on the reporting services to SP3 (i installed from the media therefore it was RTM  and not SP3)

But that direction helped!

thanks
