Hello,

I dont have Outlook so maybe this is or is not possible.

We have an application that sends out an email reminder.  Our customer wants to know if it is possible for the email to be written so that the user can easily add it to their appointments.

Thanks!

Hi

You would need to send the appointment as an .ics file.

This article explains how to create one using ASP

The user could then simply import the attached file into Outlook.
