We are connected to a network with the local council / authority and all of our users are on the global email address list. Some of the emails are not relevant for our users.
We want our group of some 700 users excluded from these emails but have been advised this is not possible.
We currently connect to exchange 2003 and will be upgraded to exchange 2010 in november.
I may struggle technically with any questions people may have but any help on this issue would be appreciated.
Logically I can see we are trying to send an email to a global list then exclude a group of some 700 users at the same time who are already on that list so it may be we can not do this.....
