Reminders not showing up in outlook 2010

We have several users whose mailbox is on exchange 2010 and running office 2010 client.  They are not getting their reminder window.  When they click the view tab and click reminders, no information is showing up, although they have appointments on their calendar.  Thanks for the help.

Try the outlook switch '/cleanreminders'

Do these users have the Office 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed?

If so, Microsoft has a hotfix available to address this issue: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2584053

You will need to click on the "View and request hotfix downloads" link at the top of the page.
