Users would like their phones to discern inbound calls from the outside and internal calls from one extension to another and wish the internal calls to ring differently; how can we set this up?

Users would like their phones to discern inbound calls from the outside and internal calls from one extension to another and wish the internal calls to ring differently; how can we set this up?
