Users unable to view each others folders in shared mailbox

Hi

We have a shared mailbox created in which many subfolders are created.

Users of this mailbox are able to view only root shared folders however the subfolders are not visible / accessible.

There is tree like strutcure however issues are with subfolder access.

The folder level permissions are given as required.

Any pointers to this issue are welcome.

Do you see this issue during the Outlook-Online mode?

If no.
Unselect the option of "download shared folders" option @ Profile settings

Note   In addition to your Exchange folders, Cached Exchange Mode works with shared folders. Examples of shared folders include another person's Exchange folders when you are using Delegate Access, or SharePoint folders. To turn on or off shared folder support when using Cached Exchange Mode, after step 2 in the above procedure, click More Settings, and then on the Advanced tab, select or clear the Download shared folders (excludes mail folders) check box.
