How do I How to mount additional mailbox to existing users mail tree

Former employees mail directory needs to be added to existing users mail directory.
How can I mount the old mail directory to this current users mailbox.

Server 2008R2, Exchange 2010, Outlook 2010

Says I do not have permissions, but I have tried this as the Systems Administrator as well?
Cant I force this in Exch Mgmt console?

You will need to find the exchange group 'enterprise admins' this is the highest privalidge level in exchange - when in this group you can mount any mailbox

Where is this group in AD? or Exchange Mgmt console?
