enter a email address into a distribution group.

I have a txt file with a list of 500+ email addresses and need to add them to a distribution list.  

I was looking for the dsquery command but it only accept the -samid parameter.

Please advise if you know a way to do it.  This is Win2k3 and Exchange 2k3 environment.
