silverlight 4 waiting cursor

Hi All,

When i navigate from one page to other page.i would like to display user mouse cursor as waiting till the new page loaded completely and prevent the user from clicking on any control on my app screen.

As for not clicking any controls:

Dynamically load a canvas the size of your screen on the page, set transparency to 70% with a white background.  that will have the same effect of disabling your controls.  When your new page loads, the canvas will not be there.
