Error message: "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded”, when logging on to Windows 7 or Windows Vista

Could be permissions on a Roaming Profile Share, or a corrupted profile. AV also might be interfering, locking the NTUSER.dat at the moment it is trying to load it.....
