Powershell script to create multiple new users in Office365 using a CSV file

I have been tasks to get a new Office 365 environment up and running.  I know how to create a single new user in Office 365 within Powershell.  But if I need to create 100+ users, I would rather use a CSV file.

Does anyone know how to use Powershell to use a CSV file to create new users for Office 365?

Can you post the script you are using for the single user. Im sure we can modify that to work with a CSV file.
