Problem with winzip extractor

Downloaded new software online and when I clicked on the exe file that I downloaded, it says "downloading Ninjatrader" and then says "failed to download Ninjatrader".  Ninjatrader is a program that I downloaded months ago and has nothing to do with the exe I want to install.  "Winzip extractor" also appears in this process.

Seems to me something is wrong with the extractor or the other program is hung in the extractor.

I'd try picasso from google and see if that works better. I never cared for kodak easy share software.
http://picasa.google.com/

If you right click on the kodak easy share .exe, what is listed under the details tab?

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Canus,

There is no details tab that I can find.  The file has a winzip logo on it, and the only thing resembling details is properties, and it has no details tab in it.

right click --> select properties and then look for a details tab.
sorry

Also I mispelled picasa (sorry google)

Also if the file is pulling up an old download, question: where is the file you are clicking on located?
And what browser are you using to donload the file?

Using Windows XP--there is no details tab that I see under the properties tab.

I have the downloaded winzip file located in a folder I download all my stuff to.  That's all that is in that file--downloads.

I think I used explorer, but possibly Mozilla to download the file.  Can't remember

It sounds like you are trying to extract an old downloaded file. The ninjatrader software is perhaps the winzip file in your downloads fodler but when you select to download a file you can choose where to download that file too. I'd attempt to download the kodak software again just before you choose to save to your computer, make sure you see the directory it's downloading to! If you choose to run the exe file while choosing to download (from the initial download screen run save cancel), it'll download to a hidden temp directory....

Have to shut down for now on this problem.  Have to go out of town a lot lately and have no time.

Thanks Rufus, may put up question again soon if can't resolve.
