What blu-ray software can I use for 3D?

My friend has a gaming PC with two GeForce 490s in SLI mode with a display of three Alienware 120 Hz monitors that are 3D capable.  I believe he's using CyberPower Blu-Ray playback software but he's been having nothing but problems with getting playback in 3D.   Can you recommend a better software that's compatible with his hardware?

Thanks!

Hi, this is a little out out my experience range in that you have two Geforce 490's cards in SLI
This may be the problem here, also you have 3 alianware 3D ready monitors?
In spanned?
Have you setup the nvidia drivers for your cards for 3D?
With my Nvidia I have to setup the 3D first  install the drivers.
Here's the Nvidia site that should have everything you need including NVIDIA 3D Vision Video Player

system requirements

With cyberlink Power DVD 11 he needs this>TrueTheater® 3D
During DVD playback, click the  button on the playback controls.
Select the Enable CyberLink TrueTheater 3D option to enable it..
.In the Choose 3D display drop down, select a device from the compatible 3D display device list that matches your display.
Use the 3D scene depth slider to adjust the amount of depth in the video
image.
Once you are satisfied with the results, click on OK to save your changes and enjoy the movie in 3D.

3D is not all it's cracked out to be in my humble opinion as our eyes and brains can only regester see in 2D.
True digital and high def 2D  is excellent quality
3D is just another layer  ie anaglyphic movies which require red/cyan or red/blue glasses.
here's some useful information
Let's start with the obvious question: are there any free options for Windows Blu-ray playback? The short answer is no
There are 5 commercial packages offering Windows Blu-ray playback. These are Cyberlink's PowerDVD 10 Ultra 3D Mark II (become PowerDVD 11 as of April, 2011), ArcSoft's TotalMedia Theatre 5, Corel's WinDVD 2010 Pro, Roxio's CinePlayer BD with 3D and Nero's Blu-ray Disc Playback plug-in.
