Trouble Logging on to Citrix Server

lately and today more than ever clients are having trouble loggin onto our citirx server.

We are getting messages like:
Cannot connect to the citrix xenapp server.  the citrix xenapp server is unavailable. Please try again later.  

We are also getting error the the connection was terminated by software.  We are using Citrix Program neighbor hood to connect to streamed applications.  

How can I troubleshoot the problem?

you publish streamed apps?
if so, look with "qfarm /online" if some server are not online.

we only have one server.  I rebooted the server and the problem is fixed.
