I Need a reference that describes how to administer and use SharePoint 2010.

SharePoint 2010 has already been installed and several documents have been uploaded to it.

I need a quick reference guide on how to assign users different levels of  permissions and to restrict certain users from certain parts of the SharePoint site, etc.

Please post the URL addresses of where I can obtain such SharePoint administration guides from.
