What are the options available to connect the IPAD2 to access the internet? There is no place to have the phone sim to insert (3G) . Do we need go via phone  ?

When you first activate the iPad 2 it should prompt to create an account with a 3G service provider.

OK . it will used 3g . how the I pad will connect to the  3G provider ? without sim

The SIM is built into the iPad2 (at least in the USA...can't speak to other countries).  You buy an AT&T or a Verizon iPad and feed it a credit card to get started with 3G.

if I get the one from the shop and want to used in . how about the way to go
SIM card is inbuild ? or what

credit card ? just I am asking how can I insert the SIM in to the Ipad2 . I did not find any slot

Again, a US iPad doesn't have the sim slot.  The sim is built in

Ok . I manage find from the internet . thank you . there is a tool to romove the  ssim holder to insert the thing

for the options to connect your IPAD2 to the internet in addition to 3G and WIFI built in adapters, you can use the wifi option to connect to a wifi hot spot where you can use your iphone or laptop as a router then get your ipad connected.
also there is a device called mifi (i heared about it) which has a 3g and work as a router to your ipad
