Send form on PopUp back to Parent

I have a pop-up window that has a simple form on it.  When the user hits submit on the form, how do I send it back to the parent window?  

I have this line  my form, but it just opens that page in my pop-up.  I want it opened in the parent.

<form action="where_to_buy.asp" method="get" name="where_to_buy" id="where_to_buy">
