How many BIN directories!

Hi,

I have a web application which I built in VS 2010. I am positive that this issue is from my stupidity and lack of knowledge on what the hell I'm doing but.....I have about 3 levels of BIN directories containing my DLL's and a load of DLL's from Intersoft. I have real trouble when building the application sometimes, it says it can't find a DLL in the first bin to copy it to the second bin or even the third, I really think I should only have one but if I delete the lower level ones my application gets really peed off...obviously I've removed it's babies.

Any advice on returning to just one level of BIN directories would be much appreciated, they also take up a load of space when I have to copy the site and I don't have a fast internet connection!

Best Regards,

Ken

Only one bin folder per website is the ideal situation.
steps:
1) Make a backup of your web site folder
2)  Identify all dll required by your website from the bin folders.
3) Using VS, delete all dll from the web site.
4) Using Explorer, copy all dll identified in step 2
5) Using VS, add all dlls in bin to web site.

Then build as normal.
