Windows 2008 Firewall Disables

We have a Win2008 R2 server in the print server role whose firewall disables every few hours.  It start out set to automatic but disables itself.  When this happens it is closed to any incoming connections.  We have Symantec Endpoint installed on it- and all of our others servers- and this is the only one with a problem.  We have enabled the firewall in group policies as discovered in a search of the problem without and difference in behavior.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

We did uninstall and reinstall it.  We use Symantec on our other Win2K8's without any problems.

Veeam Task Manager for Hyper-V

Task Manager for Hyper-V provides critical information that allows you to monitor Hyper-V performance by displaying real-time views of CPU and memory at the individual VM-level, so you can quickly identify which VMs are using host resources.

In the end, we wound up turning the firewall off in Group Policies and it has not disabled itself since Friday. It may have been a conflict with Symantec Endpoint.
