Have csutomer that had some remote cameras installed.  Tech installed DVR, etc.  Kept trying to access with IP of DVR.  Worked on all computers but one.  Would not load web viewer.  I thought an internet Explorer issue since was loading via the browser.  Changed security settings, Actice X settings.  Still would not access.  Again, loaded on all other computers on the network but not this one?

Are you using a 64bits IE version? Try the i386, sometimes the plugin don't work on the 64bits IE.
