Exporting Exchange 2007 mailbox to PST

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction, I am trying to export certain mailboxes to PST's so that I can back them on on CD's and get them out of the exchange database. I am trying to get this done through 32 bit exchange management tools and I am stumped to why I am getting the following message. I have checked that I have admin rights to this mailbox.

Here is the command I am running:

[PS] Export-Mailbox -Identity XXXX -PSTFolderPath C:\PST\XXX.pst

Thanks for the fast reply, I have run that code again to check and it says I already have Full Access rights.

Also, you must have Outlook installed in the 32bit box. Did you install it? Versions 2003 and 2007 will be fine. Install it, create your profile and try again.

Okay I created a new user called PSTAdmin, gave that user Exchange Administrator rights, then gave the PSTAdmin FullAccess to the user mailbox and ran the comand, still the same error.

Also the machine I am using is a virtual machine with windows 2007 32 bit installed and outlook 32 bit installed, management tools are installed as well

Which Wndows version? If possible, try to use a Windows XP with Outlook 2003/2007. I'm sure it works fine.

2007 ultimate, I even just tries exporting the PSTAdmin mailbox and it failed on that as well.

I think you meant Windows 7. There is no Windows 2007. So, try Windows XP. It looks like a setup issue.

I am going to try XPpro as recommended, just hoping I still have a key ;-) Still open to other ideas as well.

Yes I meant Windows 7 ultimate, sorry about that. installing XP now in the meantime

Well after installing this in XP, I am still receiving the same error, any other ideas?

Try granting Full Control to the Everyone group in the c:\PST folder. Which Outlook version is installed?
