How do you reduce glare on a Panasonic C160

I have an outdoor Panasonic BL C-160 facing West and in the afternoon there is a bad glare when viewing the camera ?  Any suggestions on reducing the glare ?  Can I do something with the settings or maybe place some plexiglass on top of the camera ?  See the link below for a px of the camera.
