Can a Polycom IP 550 SIP phone convert caller ID and display a name?

I have a generic Polycom IP 550 SIP, which is connected to RingCentral.

When a call comes in the Polycom only displays the Caller ID number. Is there a way to get the phone to display a name instead?  Could the internal directory be populated with names and numbers, which could then look up the Caller ID number and replace it with a name?

Thanks.

This answer gave me some information about the phones that I didn't have before, but nothing that solved my problem.
