"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This is not something I need to do. Try the suggestion below:

The option for sorting they describe is in my Word 2010 ribbon. Try it out. ... Thinkpads_User

If the questions are a numbered or bulleted list, you can select and sort with the Sort button  in the Paragraph group on the Home tab.

If not you can create a numbered or a bulleted list with the Bullets button or Numbering button in the same group. If you don't want the numbers or bullets you can remove them afterwards.

Word 2010 can sort a document alpha-numerically by paragraph. If you have 50 paragraphs numbered 1 to 50 in a random order, the Home tab -> Paragraph -> Sort function will reorder the paragraphs in numerical order.
