Alternatively,
right click "Computer" in start menu and goto "Manage"

Goto: Configuration -> Local User and Groups -> Users

Double-click the user you want and click on "Password never expires"

You probably need to run it with elevated "admin" rights.
Go to the Control Panel -> Administrative Tools and right click on Computer Management and choose from the drop down menu "Run as administrator" . Then go to "Local Users and Groups" and double click on "Users". Right click on the Administrator and choose Properties. Now you should be able to change the setting and select the field "Password never expiers"
