windows 2008 (new) says the administrator password will expire, must change? how to disable this

hi, ive got 3 windows 2008 server that were recently installed this summer.
suddenly, theyre saying that the administrator password will expire in x days, xx hours, etc... and asking for a new password confirmation...
how can i turn this off, we want to keep our admin password?

its greyed out, wont let me change it.
and im logged in as administrator?

You probably need to run it with elevated "admin" rights.
Go to the Control Panel -> Administrative Tools and right click on Computer Management and choose from the drop down menu "Run as administrator" . Then go to "Local Users and Groups" and double click on "Users". Right click on the Administrator and choose Properties. Now you should be able to change the setting and select the field "Password never expiers"
