GNS 3 serial connections

I tried to change the WIC within the slots tab, within GNS 3, and it appears as though the WIC seems to be "grayed out".  I tried this on the 3600 and 3700 routers.

How do I fix this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

But those are serial conn.
The way they are seen (s0/1 or s0/0/1) should be irrelevant.

BTW do you happen to have two questions open about this?
