Ctrl, Alt, Delete does not work with Logmein on W7 (anymore)

Hi, i have logmein installed on a few W7 PC's and you can no longer send the Ctrl, Alt, Delete command from the options, or using the key combination.  Nothing happens when you try.

Logmein is on the latest version, i have tried changing the local security settings so that software can send the command but to no avail.

Many thanks in advance.

tried that as well, neither work. The server 2003 machines work it does appear to be limited to W7.

Try Ctrl+Shift+Escape. (An alternative to Alt+Ctrl+Del)
have you tried to reinstall the logmein client on that computer?  I'm running windows 7 and use logmein free, and the rescue console and haven't had that issue yet.

it is on all the W7 machines on one site. I will try that and revert back. But no internet connection as the local exchange has gone down at the customer site. If it doesn't rain!

I will post later

Uninstalled the free version, and have installed the pro version. Ctrl alt delete or key combo does not work.

I have been on with level 2 tech support from logmein and they have absolutely no idea. We may think it has something linked into a new DB they are having developed as it stopped working on the same day. I will post a solution if we find one tomorrow.
Login locally with one windows 7 computer and then try to connect via logmein..check whether ctrl alt delete works...might be a gp issue.

Have you removed the Logmein ActiveX control from "Manage Addons" in IE on YOUR PC to eliminate your system as the culprit?

Could easily explain why it affects all of those...

Actually have you tested another machine to remote control FROM?

We tried all of the above, with the tech support guy. He took some details and is exculating it. But he thinks it is something to do with this possible upgrade of the DB.
So it doesn't work from another PC either?

That's all I was trying to determine....

As customers do they never inform you of all the facts. I have tried from multiple PC's different browsers and the issue still remains. But the customer had a new update applied to each PC in reference to a new DB they are having written. And only decided to tell me today after i enquired if anything had been updated without my knowledge. But will update as i find out more as i am sure some else will have the same problem in the future.
Is logmein mirror driver enabled in device manager under display adapter.

Thanks for the info... What kind of DB is it?
