"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. The problem still exist when i start in safe mode
From the image you have displayed, you do not have "Calendar" selected under My Calendars

Outlook Requires that you have at least 1 calendar selected under My Calendars

You cannot delete the Agenda Calendar because that would mean there is no working calendar to default back to.

What you need to do is Tick "Calendar"

Once both "Calendar" and "Agenda" are selected

You can Untick Agenda.
Once Agenda Unticked, then Right Click and Delete
If you intentions are to Delete or Remove Calendar

You cannot, this is the default calendar assigned to you in your profile
