I have 1 user who cannot send to 1 domain we get this message on the return:

      'xxx.xxx@quinnipiac.edu' on 10/3/2011 9:10 AM
            You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
            <agw.af.local #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Domain Does Not Exist>

It will fail from any pc that we use and everyone else can send to this domain.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It seems, user is sending to a DL, which might be restricted to accept message for specific people. You might need to ask other domain admin to allow this user also to relay the email to this DL.
