Exchange 2010 OWA inbox not working fine

Hi all,

I have some computers on which my exchange 2010 webmail/OWA is not functioning well.

As soon as I enter my user name and password I can see my inbox but I cannot view any emails,  open subfolders, create new emails or sign out. Bust as soon as I use the light OWA version everything works.

Can you please help me?

And have completed with all your IIS prerequisite before installing IIS for Exchange CAS

Everything is fine, we have been using exchange OWA for the past 5 months and we had no trouble. now these users/computers are not working fine

Any latest update on Exchange 2010? any rollups?

If yes, run updatecas.ps1 from %Exchange%\Exchange Server\V14\Bin

Have you tried from differnet PCs for one user whose mails are not displaying?
