Adobe Acrobat - Extract Multiple Pages?

In Adobe Acrobat there's a way to extract a page or range of pages. But is there a way to extract multiple, specified page numbers instead?
So instead of extract page 3 - 10, I would need to extract page 3, 6, 8 and 10.

The idea is to extract those pages which are relevant to end-users who will be receiving them via e-mail. Then I will proceed to extract other remaining pages throughout the PDF in order to send those on to the next person via e-mail.

I also have PDFXchange available if Acrobat cannot accomplish this. Although I'm not sure how to do it in PDFXchange, either...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can use PDF toolkit:

http://www.pdflabs.com/tools/pdftk-the-pdf-toolkit/

It can split pdf file to single pages, and it's free.

Keeping in PDF would be ideal since recipients would be on thin client using Citrix with limited Apps, Adobe Reader being the one for viewing PDF's. They'd open from Outlook.
