You must just copy the Bookmark.html from A:

C:\ Documents and Settings \ "your user name" \ Application Data \ Mozilla \ Firefox \ Profiles \ default.random characters \ Bookmark.html

(For Windows 7 http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing%20up%20your%20information )

and then navigate to B:

C:\ Documents and Settings \ "your user name" \ Application Data \ Mozilla \ Firefox \ Profiles \ default.random characters \

and past it...

Or you can use MozBackup

Install the "xmarks" add-on to both Firefoxes, create an account and then you will be able to synchronize bookmarks automatically. Use the Firefox menu, "Add-ons" to manage and get add-ons.

Another way would be to use Firefox sync, which is already included in the new firefox versions (I think from version 4 upwards). You get to it through the "Options" menu, "Options", and then Sync. Again you need to create an account to sync.

But xmarks is better in my point of view...

A further tool you could use is the "febe" add-on. This one lets you backup and restore firefox profiles, so you can transfer more than just the bookmarks if that is something you might prefer.
