May need to disable Passthrough authentication for one Streaming Citrix application

I've been having problems with a Citrix application over the past week with an in house application. The problem was that this application stopped streaming for some reason and was only launching into the Server Desktop display when being launched. After contacting Citrix support it was decided that the Citrix Streaming Profiler and Offline-Plugin had to be updated to version 6.5. I updated the software and was able to launch the in-house application through Citrix.

After the in-house application launched I noticed that the it seemed to logon automatically and I got and access denied error message!  All users launch the Citrix applications from a Web page is there a way I can disable Passthrough authentication just for this one application? Can it be done for the client or does it have to be done on the Server? I'm not sure if the problem is with my Citrix Xenapp Client or the Server. I checked the Web interface settings and Passthrough authentication seems to be enabled but I'm guessing I need this for the Microsoft applications.

Passthrough authentication is set at the web interface site level. I am not aware of any way in PS 4.5 to override it, sorry.
