I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Use Export-Mailbox Powershell to export to PST then import to 2003

just move it back the same way you moved it from 2003 to 2010

1) Open EMC on 2010 and go to toolbox and clear the mailbox move request for this mailbox
2) go to recipient config -> mailbox and refresh
3) find the user right click and move mailbox (local move request)
